We understand that in life things happen unexpectedly. For whatever reason you have to reschedule your cleaning, please call, text or email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your cleaning at the our earliest convenience
If you or your child(ren) become sick with a contagious illness (i.e. flu, cold, pneumonia, chicken pox, etc.) please call us to reschedule your cleaning. Even though we disinfect your house, it is possible that we might transport germs from the home. To be fair to all of our clients we will prefer to wait until you are well again. On our end, if your cleaning specialist is sick, we will do our best to send another specialist if possible or reschedule your appointment.

YES, if you love our service please spread the word to friends, family and neighbors. For every 5 people you refer, you will get 1 FREE ESSENTIAL cleaning session. *Your referrals must have their homes cleaned by us.
You do not have to be home while your cleaning specialist is there. However, you MUST inform your booking representative how we should access your/home property if you will be away during the time of your service.
No worries. If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday that CSCS observes, we will contact you to reschedule your cleaning at your earliest convenience.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our service, please call us within 24 hours at (302) 308-3072 or (302) 310-9221 and we will re-clean your home.
Your are never required to tip your cleaning specialist as they are paid employees. However, if you wish to show your appreciation by tipping you are welcome to do so.
