If you book any janitorial service with Claymont Superior Cleaning Service, you agree to the following Terms of Service. At Claymont Superior Cleaning Service we value honesty, integrity, and hard work. Our Cleaning Specialists are professionally trained.


We provide the supplies for each cleaning unless otherwise advised.

Yes we provide eco-friendly products for your needs. Please let us know when booking.

Prices and Rates

Our rates varies depending on size, number of rooms, and how long it takes to clean your home or organization. Most cleaning appointments are completed within the provided cleaning time limit. However, some cleanings requires extra attention to provide a complete satisfactory cleaning service. Most rates are based on a one person crew unless stated otherwise.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning service, please call or email us within 24 hours at (302) 308-3072 or (302) 310-9221 and we will schedule a re-clean. If report is made after 24 hours we may not be able to re-clean your home or office.
Note: we do not provide refunds. Please report any broken or damaged items within 24 hours of the completion of your service.

Vacation Rentals

Claymont Superior Cleaning Service will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of property from potential guests. As the owner/property manager of the vacation rental, you are responsible for your guests. Our cleaning specialists are scheduled to assist you with the cleaning of your property only.


Our cleaning specialist are punctual they usually arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. However, things happens such as inclement weather, cancellations, emergency, etc. We will notify you ahead of time to adjust appointment time and/or reschedule.

Sick Policy

If you or your child(ren) become sick with a contagious illness (i.e. flu, cold, pneumonia, chicken pox, etc.) please call us to reschedule your cleaning. Even though we disinfect your house, it is possible that we might transport germs from the home. To be fair to all of our clients we will prefer to wait until you are well again. On our end, if your cleaning specialist is sick, we will do our best to send another specialist if possible or reschedule your appointment.


If you would like a certain area cleaned please let your cleaning specialist know. Please note: that our cleaning specialist will not agree to use tall ladders or move any heavy furnitures as these activities put the workers at risk for injuries. Lifting and pulling could also cause damage to your floors and furnitures. If you want a particular area cleaned such as behind the sofas, refrigerators, ovens, or other furniture please move it prior to the visit.


Your are never required to tip your cleaning specialist as they are paid employees. However, if you wish to show your appreciation by tipping you are welcome to do so.

Minors and Pet

Our cleaning specialist are mindful around minors and pets. However, they are not responsible for watching and supervising any minors or pets during the cleaning appointment.

Lock Outs

Clients will be charged a $25 fee in the event that the cleaning specialist arrives and is unable to access your premises. This fee is to cover the cleaning specialist expense they incur for travel time and fuel.

Late Cancellations

Appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment is subject to a $25 cancellation fee. If we cancel or rescheduled a cleaning without reasonable notice we will provide a discount to the client for their next cleaning job.

Changes To Requested Services

If client requires any additional services or changes prior to or at the time the service is being performed, client must contact Claymont Superior Cleaning Services by phone or email to discuss the cost of added services. Cleaning specialist is not required to agree to changes made during cleaning as this may cause conflict with their next appointment.

Online And Phone Quotes

Rates are calculated based on size, number of rooms, and time requested by the client. Rates quoted by Claymont Superior Cleaning Service is an estimate only based on our experience and information provided by the client without a walk through. If when the specialist gets to the job and the actual cost of the service exceed the quote provided online or over the phone (such as additional rooms, Deep cleaning instead of Essential etc.), we will provide client with the option to pay the increased rate based on findings or pay the quoted rate and only complete partial of the job.

Payment Terms

Client agrees to pay the price quoted by Claymont Superior Cleaning Service prior or at completion of the job. Claymont Superior Cleaning Service accepts Cash, Check, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If payment is not received within 24 hours of service a $10 late fee may be added to the balance due.


Service Agreement may be terminated by the Client at anytime by providing at least 24 hours notice prior to the service time. Claymont Superior Cleaning Service may also terminate the Service Agreement immediately in the event the Client is in breach of the Agreement or for any reasonable reasons.


The safety of our staff is important to us. Client agrees to provide a safe working environment at the scheduled location for Cleaning Specialist(s) to perform the quoted service. Cleaning Specialist will have access to utilities not limited to electricity, hot/cold water, and trash bins to complete the job. Client acknowledge that cleaning specialist(s) are authorized to be on the premises for the agreed job.

Privacy Policy

Claymont Superior Cleaning Service understand your concern for security. Information provided by clients are used for the sore purpose of providing Service. Information obtained such as your name, address, phone number and email address are used for quoting, scheduling and setting up client accounts. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Claymont Superior Cleaning Service value the privacy of our clients. Note: We may also use the information provided to respond to client request, contact client about our products, services, events, and/or to notify clients about special offers/ promotions. CSCS takes preventive measures to protect client personal data from improper use or unauthorized access.
